I was told that they 'had a previous job that was running long' by Chester (via telephone) but it was clear when they arrived, they had just grabbed the last Ryder truck from the rental...
So I had a one bedroom apartment to move, it took 7 hours to move! This is completely unacceptable they took advantage of me, and I'm positive that if there would have been a man here it would not have taken that long.
